Quick and easy plus children love them as well.
1 pound ground turkey
1 free range chicken egg
1 slice Ezekiel bread ( toasted and crushed)
Salt and pepper to taste ( feel free to add in your favourite spices)
1/2 cup favourite bbq sauce. (Optional)
Mix together meat, egg , flax bread and spices . Roll into balls . Bake at 400 until done. Remove from oven and top with sauce . Bake them for 2 minutes longer.
