Blueberry Chocolate Smoothie

Blueberry Chocolate Smoothie

Quick and easy to make for snack on the go.

Ingredients:

1/4 c blueberries 

Half banana 

1 cup ice 

1 tbsp sprouted flax

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 c cold coffee or 1 espresso shot

1 scoop protein of your choice (optional)

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy, you may top with your favourite smoothie topping. Some ideas , toasted coconut, whip cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
