Protein Flax Crepes
Quick and easy to make for breakfast and meet your nutritional goals as well.
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp sprouted flax
1/4 cup flour
1 scoop your favourite protein choice
1/3 cup egg whites
2/3 milk of choice
Direction
Mix together in a blender. Spray oil on a pan and pour the amount of mixture you like on to pan. Cook and flip. Repeat until all batter is use.
You may use topping and fillings on your choice.
