Ratio For Sprouted Flours

When starting out on your journey with sprouted flours finding the right ratio to use can be a bit tricky. We recommend starting with :

Sprouted Barley 1/4 -1/2 cups to regular flour of your choice.

Sprouted Flax 1 tbsp to 1/4 cup depending on how you use it. 1 tbsp for topping and smoothies. 1/4 cup for recipes.

Sprouted Multi Grain: 1 tbsp to 1/8 cup for starters. Can be used in place of cornmeal for dusting bottoms of pizza crust etc.

Sprouted Whole Wheat: 1/4 to 1/2 cup to recipe. Adding in nutritional value with out making your recipe too dense. Rustic breads can use more.

Sprouted Brown Rice: 1/4 cup to regular flour of choice.

Let us know if this was helpful in your baking.
