This smoothie bowl is bursting with fresh flavours. Its easy to make and is great for every age. Great for breakfast or after a workout. Smoothie bowls have endless options and are very versatile. So have fun and enjoy making this nutritious smoothie bowl.  

Below you will find the  ingredients that you need to make this fresh smoothie bowl.

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 kiwi

1/2 cup frozen banana

1/2 cup strawberry banana wheat sprouted cereal

1/4 cup coconut cream

Liquid from milk of choice

Optional- fresh coconut meat , hemp seed, oats, pumpkin seeds may  be added. 

 

Directions: 

 

Put ingredients into blender and blend until smoothie and thicker. Top with your very favorite toppings. Take a picture of it and tag us when you make this yummy smoothie bowl. Cheers to a healthy and happy summer.
