These pancakes are easy to make, and have a very pleasant flavour. Top them with your favourite toppings and enjoy .
Ingredients:
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 sprouted whole wheat flour
1/2 cup organic quick oats ( you may use muesli if you want to make them hearty)
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
1 large egg
1 cup milk of your choice
2 Tablespoons Honey or sweetener of your choice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Add in eggs and liquids. Do not over mix . Heat griddle oil little and put 1/4 cup of mixture on griddle. Keep pancakes warm in oven at 200 f temperature. Top with your favourite maple syrup and fruit and enjoy.
