Sprouted Wheat Pancakes

Sprouted Wheat Pancakes 

These pancakes are easy to make, and have a very pleasant flavour. Top them with your favourite toppings and enjoy . 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 
  • 1/2 sprouted whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup organic quick oats ( you may use muesli if you want to make them hearty)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 large egg 
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or sweetener of your choice 
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 

Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients. Add in eggs and liquids. Do not over mix . Heat griddle oil little and put 1/4 cup of mixture on griddle. Keep pancakes warm in oven at 200 f temperature. Top with your favourite maple syrup and fruit and enjoy.
