Sprouted Flax Pumpkin Chocolate Muffins

These muffin smell and taste like autumn is here. Try these muffins and let us know how you enjoyed baking with sprouted flax.

 

 


Ingredient :

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin 
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups organic all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sprouted organic flax bio-kinetic
  • 3/4 tsp baking power
  • 1/2 baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 
  • 1/2 cup dark organic chocolate chip

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 

Beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Mix together Pumpkin and water. In separate bowl combine dry ingredients . Add in pumpkin water mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Fill lined muffin tray . Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy.
