Sprouted Flax Overnight Oats

Are you looking for a quick and easy way to start your day? These overnight oats are packed with nutrition that will fuel you through your morning. It has omegas, protein and fibre plus it’s tasty! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats ( we recommend not using quick)
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop  vanilla protein powder of choice ( we used vanilla whey protein in this recipe)
  • 1 tbsp sprouted flax
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Top with sliced strawberries, berries  and almond butter 

Directions:

  • Combine 1st 7 ingredients in a small container.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight 
  • You may need to add extra milk in the morning if super thick.
  • Add toppings and enjoy.
