Ingredients:
8largeeggs ( or egg substitute)
1/2cupmilk
1cupshredded cheddar cheese ( you can use vegan )
1cupbell peppersdiced
1/2cupbaby spinachroughly chopped
1/4tspsalt
2scallionsthinly sliced
1/4 cup sprouted Flax meal
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 f
Grease muffin tin ( you may used reg or mini tin)
Beat together eggs add in other ingredients.
Pour into muffin tins, you should get 12 reg size muffin tins or 24 mini ones.
