Sprouted Flax , Oatmeal and Blueberry

Sprouted Flax , Oatmeal and Blueberry.

 

This hot baked oatmeal is delicious for breakfast on cold days it’s packed with quality nutritious ingredients. Start your day right with this recipe it’s perfect for the whole family and you can change it up to your liking. 

 

Ingredients:

2 cups organic (blueberry or strawberry, or cherry)

1 cup coconut milk full fat (or your choice of milk)

1/4 cup water

1 egg (or egg substitute)

1/4 tsp baking powder 

1 cup organic rolled oats

1/4 cup sprouted flax 

1/2 cup sprouted stage 2 baby cereal ( blueberry , spinach and oat)

 

Directions:

Mix together the dry ingredients stir in the liquid and egg. Add in berries. Put into a 8x8 or 9x7 baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minuets or until golden brown. Serve warm you can all pour cream on top , milk or enjoy it as it is. We hope you enjoy this comforting warm breakfast.
