Sprouted Flax Easter Tarts

With Easter just around the corner here is a yummy sweet for children to eat without all the candy.  
Let us know how you enjoy them.



  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup oats, dry
  • 1/2 -3/4 sprouted flax 
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • strawberries, blueberries, banana, and grape Or fruit of choice.
Instructions :
  • Mel together almond butter, honey, vanilla, and salt.  Stir until smooth.
  • Blend 1 cup oats until resembles flour. Set aside.
  • Add the other cup of oats to the almond butter mixture and stir.  Slowly add in oat flour and flax until you get a mixture that you can form into a crust. 
  • Take small amounts of the mixture and pat into a muffin tin or small individual tart pan.
  • Spread a layer of greek yogurt.
    Top with sliced fruit 
  • Refrigerator 
  • Enjoy
