With Easter just around the corner here is a yummy sweet for children to eat without all the candy. Let us know how you enjoy them.
Ingredients:
1cupalmond butter
1/4cuphoney
2tspvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonsalt
2cupoats, dry
1/2 -3/4 sprouted flax
3/4cupGreek yogurt
strawberries, blueberries, banana, and grape Or fruit of choice.
Instructions :
Mel together almond butter, honey, vanilla, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Blend 1 cup oats until resembles flour. Set aside.
Add the other cup of oats to the almond butter mixture and stir. Slowly add in oat flour and flax until you get a mixture that you can form into a crust.
Take small amounts of the mixture and pat into a muffin tin or small individual tart pan.
Spread a layer of greek yogurt. Top with sliced fruit
