Sprouted Flax Double Chocolate Cookie

These sprouted cookies are easy to make and delicious. 

Ingredient:

2 cups sprouted flax 

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

2/3 cups organic cocoa powder 

1 cup dark organic chocolate chips

2 eggs (or egg substitute)

1 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup organic butter (or coconut oil)

Directions:

Beat together butter, coconut sugar, until fluffy. Add in eggs or egg substitute and beat until light. Add in cocoa powder . Cream together and in flax , flour and baking soda. Mix together. Add in chocolate chips. 

Preheat oven to 350f. Drop a tablespoon size on to cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minuets. You do not want to over bake them . Just keep a eye on them and enjoy the chocolate flax sprouted goodness. Great for snow days.
