Sprouted Barley Pancakes 

Looking for a yummy sprouted flour pancake recipe? We have one for you, top them with your favourite toppings and enjoy. You can also freeze any extra and reheat them at another time. 


2 cups Sprouted Bio-Kinetics Barley Flour
2 tbsp. Coconut sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk you can use buttermilk 
2 eggs slightly beaten

You may add berries into the batter if you like.



Mix ingredients together, they will be thick. 
Lightly grease griddle and cook until light brown on both sides.
