1 banana ( fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup stage 2 sprouted cereal of choice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt ( you can use 1/2 avocado instead of yogurt)

1 tbsp almond butter

Handful or as needed of organic spinach 

optional you may add in your favourite protein ( black beans, or protein powder.

1/2  cup milk or liquid of choice

1/4 cup fruit 

Directions:

Blend ingredients in blender and enjoy.
