Pumpkin Spice Sprouted Oat Smoothie

Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
This smoothie tastes like fall and has sprouted oat cereal added to the nutrition.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ½ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ banana
- 1/4 cup sprouted oat cereal
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
- pinch ground nutmeg
- pinch ground cloves
- pinch all spice ( if you don’t have spices use pumpkin spice)
- whip cream on top with choice of toppings
Directions.
Put ingredients into blend and blend until smoothie. Add your toppings and enjoy.
