Protein Energy Bites

Protein Energy Bites
These snacks are quick , easy and delicious. Let us know how you enjoy these snacks. 
  • 1 cup old fashion organic oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sprouted flax 
  • 1/2  cup organic chocolate chips or mini m&ms 
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 scoop your favourite protein powder (optional )


Mix together in a bowl you may add extra honey if needed. Roll into bite size balls. Put into refrigerator and chill. Enjoy.
