Grapefruit Smoothie

Grapefruit Smoothie

This smoothie is refreshing and packed with nutrition. Easy to make and the perfect smoothie for hot summer days. 

Ingredients 

1 large grapefruit

1 apple

1 banana

2 tbsp. vanilla protein of choice(optional)

1/4 cup stage 2 sprouted baby cereal of your choice

1 cup water or milk of choice

ice 

 

Direction 

 

Put ingredients  into blender and blend tell smoothie. Top with cream and fruit and enjoy.
