Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites:
They are easy to make and are the perfect snack for after school or anytime of the day.
Ingredients:
5 Tbsp. Organic butter
1/2 Cup Bio Kinetics sprouted quinoa baby cereal
1/2 Cup Bio Kinetics sprouted flax
1 Cup Organic rolled oats
Greek Yogurt
Directions:
Melt butter and add dry ingredients
Mix until crumbly
Put 1 tbsp. of mixture into muffin tins:
Add 2 tbsp. Greek Yogurt
Top with choice of berries or fruit
Freeze and enjoy
