Creamy Avocado Green Smoothie
This smoothie is delicious and creamy perfect for the spring and summer days.
Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
3/4 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
1 scoop favourite vanilla protein
2 tbsp sprouted flax
toasted coconut flakes ( for topping)
1/2 -3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 leafy greens of choice
Directions:
Put ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie and creamy. Top with toasted coconut and coconut whipped cream. Enjoy.
