Banana Chai Smoothie 

Looking for a winter smoothie? Try out this easy to make smoothie with sprouted flax added for more micronutrients. 

Ingredients:

1 banana 

1 tsp chai spice or less if you prefer 

1 cup milk of choice 

1/4 c. Plain Greek yogurt 

2 tbsp sprouted flax

ice

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass of choice and enjoy. May top with whip cream or your favourite smoothie topping. Enjoy.
