Nutrient Rich Smoothie

1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3/4 cup cold water
1/3 banana
1 cup 180° Transformation flakes

Assemble in blender in order listed and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy.
