Sprouted Cream Puffs

Sprouted Cream Puffs:

1 C water

1/4 C unsalted butter

1/2 C reg. flour

1/4 C sprouted brown rice flour

1/4 C sprouted flax flour

4  Eggs or 6 if they are small

Boil water and butter together. Add flour and stir until forms ball about 2 minutes. Remove from heat add eggs one at a time stirring them vigorously. Put on greased cookie sheet or 9x 13 in pan. You can also bake it all in a pie plate.( like in the picture) Bake at 400 F for 25-30 minutes. Watch close; cool.

Once cooled cut top open and fill with your favorite pudding cream mixture. Top with chocolate and enjoy!
