Our cells need it, since it is a important for the membrane of the cell without a healthy membrane the cell can not function as it should. Another reason why our bodies need not only fats from (salmon, nuts and avocados,) but also from natural animal grass feed and or organic.  Its also essential to your skin giving it that healthy glow , picture of health!   So grab those healthy fats, your water  and add them to your clean eating  diet.     How do you feel after these food, do your notice you may see tired loss of energy, or a quick burst of energy followed by a rather sudden crash in the energy level as well of mood change. Unhealthy fats, along with a not clean diet is no surprise  to how your body reacts, though you may have eating x about of calories your body is actually starving from lack of good fats and a healthy diet to function and balance it self.  Not along does it increase your risk for cancers, and other malfunctions of the body, and obesity, but also can have a negative impact on self image.  Unhealthy eating DOES effect your body. By taking small steps you can change your health and body  you only have one body be the best of YOU.
