Sprouted Whole Wheat Pumkpkin Pull Apart Bread

Sprouted Whole Wheat Pumkpkin Pull Apart Bread

This sprouted bread is sure to fill your home with fall smells and it tastes as delicious as it smells. 


3/4 cup milk of choice

1 pkg active dry yeast

1 cup organic pumpkin 

3 tbsp organic butter or coconut oil

1 egg yolk or egg substitute 

1tsp salt

2 cups organic whole wheat flour

1 cup sprouted whole wheat flour

3 tbsp butter or coconut oil

3/4 cup organic brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon 

1 recipe Cinnamon Glaze



Put  all liquid into bread machine (milk, egg yolk, butter, pumpkin)

Add flour, salt, and make  dent on top of flour and add in yeast. 

Put bread machine on dough cycle. 

Dust surface with flour and roll out dough. 

Top dough with pumpkin and butter or oil mixture. 

Top with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture 

Cut dough into rectangular piece and stack them 4 layers high. 

Put stacks into greased loaf pan. 

Let rise for 45 minuets 

Heat your oven to 350  Fahrenheit 

Back loaf for 35 minuets, you may need to cover with foil to avoid to much browning. 


Let cool and add frosting cinnamon ( 1/2 cup maple syrup, 1 tbsp cinnamon, and 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract). 

Cover and enjoy.
