Sprouted Whole Wheat Chocolate Zucchini Brownies:
Mix together oil, sugars, and egg white mix together and add melted chocolate chips.
Add flours, cocoa, baking soda, salt blend together
Fold in zucchini.
Pour into 9x9 inch pan, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips.
BAKE for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Lift brownies from pan; cut into 16 squares.
Store in airtight container for up to 5 days.
