Oatmeal Twist

 

This is a fun way to enjoy your oatmeal. If you typically bake you oatmeal this will work as well. Simply add in berries, sprouted  flax and walnuts and bake the oatmeal how you normally do. Enjoy. 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 c. Organic Oatmeal 

1-2 tbsp Bio-Kinetics Sprouted Flax Meal

1 c. Water or Milk

1/4 c. Wild Blueberries

1 tbsp Walnuts 

sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional)

sweetener of choice.   

Directions:

Cook oatmeal with liquid until done. Add in blueberries , sprouted  flax and walnuts. Top with cream of choice and cinnamon. Enjoy.
