Green Smoothie 

 

This smoothie is is packed with delicious organic sprouted cereals, sprouted flax, and greens. It’s simple to make and perfect for this winter. 

 

Ingredients:

 

1 cup kale

1/2 cup spinach

1/4 cup sprouted stage 2 spinach blueberry oat cereal

1/2 cup wild blueberries 

1/2 green apple 

1/4 orange juice fresh (you can also your lemon peel you would your a grated and 1 tsp)

1 tbsp sprouted flax

water , ice or milk of choice

 

Directions:

 Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie and the consistency is to your liking. Enjoy this delicious healthy green smoothie. Great for your immune system, skin, and overal health.
