Coconut Cream Popsicle

Coconut Popsicles with Omega 

These popsicles are fun the make yummy and children love them. 


  • 1 (15 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1/4 cup pure honey, divided
  • 3/4 cup blackberries or berry of choice
  • 3/4 cup raspberries or berry of choice
  • 1/8 -1/4 cup sprouted flax 


  1. Whisk together  coconut milk, vanilla , flax and 2 Tbsp of the honey, until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Blend together the berries and remaining honey, until smooth .
  3. Stir together the coconut milk and berry puree, and divide evenly between the popsicle molds. Freeze for 30 minutes, then add popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. You can make any flavour you like from citrus 🍊 to chocolate.
