Triple Berry Smoothie

This smoothie is delicious, fresh and easy to make start your spring with your taste buds bursting. 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of blueberries, raspberries, goji and strawberry 

1/2 cup sprouted baby cereal of your choice

1/2 cup of liquid ( milk,or water)

2-3 leave organic kale

1/2 cup yogurt (optional)

coconut cream (optional)

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Top with cream (optional)and enjoy .
