These are simple to make and easy to convert into a vegan recipe as well. There is something comforting about warm chocolate chip cookies and now you can enjoy them with sprouted wheat .
1 cup sprouted wheat
1 cup reg flour of your choice
1 cup butter
2 cups coconut sugar (or sugar or your choice)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 free range eggs (or egg substitute)
2 cups dark organic chocolate chips
Cream together butter , sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs and beat. At in flours, baking soda, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix together . Scoop onto cookie tray and bake at 350 for 8-10 minuets. Enjoy.
