Sprouted Flax with Pinapple Salsa Salad

Lettuce of choice

Sprouted flax from Bio-Kinetics

1 whole pineapple

1 pepper or jalapeño pepper

1/4 cup cilantro herb

1/4 cup red onion

2 tbsp. lime juice

salt and pepper to taste

1 roma tomato

 

Directions:

Cut pineapple in half and dice up the fresh pineapple, put into bowl. Chop up other ingredients and add together. Mix and store in refrigerator until chilled. Toss lettuce with sprouted flax and top with salsa. Enjoy!
