Sprouted Barley Porridge
This porridge makes a great breakfast. Warm, yummy and healthy giving you a fantastic start to the day. Fueling your body with energy and nutrition it needs.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sprouted Barley Flour
2 cups milk of your choice
Optional cinnamon granola
Directions:
Mix together barley and milk into a pan . Place on stove and let simmer until it get thick. Pour into a bowl and top with cinnamon , apples , granola and add some cream if you like. Enjoy.
