Spinach Smoothie

Spinach Smoothie 
 
Are you looking for a quick , easy nutritious smoothie? We have a smoothie recipe for you to try. It is perfect for breakfast or lunch when you are in a hurry but what something to help power you through . Let us know how you enjoyed it. 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water (you can use orange juice or plant based milk of choice)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2  banana
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger , peeled and minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1/2 cup spinach sprouted cereal
  • 1 scoop plant based protein optional 

Directions:

Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass .

Enjoy.
