Ice Cream

Here is a recipe for ice cream made with a few ingredients and is deliciously creamy. Simply whip up the ingredients and freeze and voila you have something cold and refreshing to scoop up to your little ones, friends and family. Enjoy.


2 cups organic double cream

4 egg white

4 egg yolks

1/2 cup sweetener of your choice

1/2 cup baby cereal of your choice

1/4 cup sprouted flax

1 cup fruit and or pure vanilla bean


Beat the eggs white until soft peaks form and slowly add in your sweetener ( monk fruit, stevia, cane sugar the choice is yours). Until peaks are firm and glossy. Whip up cream until soft peaks form. Add in egg yolk, egg white mixture, flavor , baby cereal and fruit. Put into a container and freeze for a 4 hours to overnight. Scoop up and sprinkle sprouted flax inside your  ice cream cone and enjoy.  For vegan friendly you can use coconut cream and vegan egg substitution.
