Everything taste better when it has sprinkles and tastes like cake. We made this yummy and nutritious smoothie that has a cake flavor and is good for you. Enjoy.
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp sprouted barley
1 scoop vanilla protein of your choice
2 tablespoon slivered almonds
1 cup riced frozen cauliflower
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 cup ice
1 tbsp sprouted flax
top with sprinkles of choice and whip topping.
Directions:
Add everything except sprinkles and whip topping into blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Top with sprinkles and whip topping.
