This recipe has our sprouted smoothie mix add into it and is bursting flavor and the texture is creamy. Start the year right and stay on track with our sprouted products. Gut health is very important -making a change in how you eat will make a positive impact on your health and overall well being. Lets get started. 



2 frozen banana sliced and peeled ( you can use unfrozen banana as well) 

1 ripe avocado

1 tbsp. sprouted flax meal (you can find this on our website)

1 cup organic green leafy veggie ( swiss chard, kale , spinach etc.) 

1 tbsp. almond butter ( optional ) 

1/2 cup frozen organic fruit of choice

1/2 cup sprouted Transformation 180 Smoothie Mix ( this is found on our website) 

1 -1/2 cups liquid of choice ( almond milk, reg. milk, water, or coconut water/milk ) 





Put ingredients into blend and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and top with your favorite smoothie toppings. Enjoy.
