180 Smoothie Mix Bars

180 Smoothie Mix Bars:

These bars are easy to make and are a  great way to get some healthy sprouted benefits into your  snack . Store in freeze or fridge and enjoy!


1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup instant oats, ground into flour
  • 1/2 cup 180 smoothie mix
  • 1-2 teaspoons water
  • 1/4 cup Almonds, very roughy chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chocolate, melted (optional)
  • Instructions

    1. In a food processor, pulse until smooth.
    2. Press mixture firmly into a parchment-lined 8"x8" pan. Place in fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
    3. Once set, remove from fridge and slice into 8 bars. Drizzle with melted chocolate, if using.
